The Guyana Jaguars will require just another 53 runs today to wrap up victory against the Trinidad and Tobago Red Force on the final day of the Regional four-day match at the Queen's Park Oval.
And they have left-arm spinner Veerasammy Permaul to thank for their straightforward assignment this morning after he grabbed seven wickets for 48 runs to dismiss the Red Force for 183 in their second turn at the crease late yesterday.
It was another unsatisfactory effort in a season of batting disappointments for the home team.
Earlier in the day, the Jaguars, replying to the Red Force's first innings total of 202 all out, were eventually dismissed for 330.
