Mom of missing woman suffers heart attack

OVERCOME with grief over her missing daughter, Yasmin Mohammed suffered a heart attack this afternoon.

Mohammed's daughter, Jazmin Mohammed went missing from her Edinburgh 500, Chaguanas home on April 4, at around 11 p.m. and has not been seen since.

She was reported missing to the Chaguanas Police Station the next day.

Jazmin Mohammed, 22, is 155 centimetres (five feet, one inch) tall, of Indian des¬cent, has shoulder-length black hair and a tattoo of a rose on her left leg.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue top and slippers.

On Wednesday , Mohammed contacted the Express asking go that her daughter worked for her father at a taxi-for-hire business.

Mohammed's husband, Sheraz Ali said his wife was undergoing treatment at the Mt Hope Hospital for a heart attack. He said doctors confirmed that she has suffered a heart attack.

Two months ago, Mohammed underwent surgery and Ali said doctors warned her to keep her blood pressure in check.

He said: “This thing about Jazmin missing, she take it on and when I went to pick her up, she had a heart attack. I waiting to hear from the doctors. We don't know what to do.”

The family is still hoping that Jazmin Mohammed will return home safely.
