Champs Shiva on road as SSFL resumes*

THE Shell/First Citizens Secondary Schools Football League (SSFL) Premier Division competition continues today with round two action kicking off at 3.40 p.m. at all venues, and defending champions Shiva Boys Hindu College will be seeking their second win of the competition when they tackle Speyside High in Tobago.
Shiva despatched Premier Division Big Four Super Cup winners Naparima College 2-1 in the season opening double-header at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva last Friday and the southerners will be hoping to make it two wins in as many matches.
Meanwhile, Championship Division Big Five champs Carapichaima East Secondary also got their campaign off to a winning start when whipping Fatima College 2-0 in the other match of the Couva double-header. “Caps” face the “Tigers” of St Anthony’s College at their Westmoorings lair today in a game that many fans expect would yield a lot of goals and excitement.
Fyzabad Secondary, who were also big winners in round one, will entertain Fatima College while Queen’s Royal College and Trinity College Moka will square off at the QRC Ground in St Clair.
