Law hoping more stars will rejoin World Cup qualifying squad

WEST INDIES head coach Stuart Law is hoping to have a settled squad ahead of next year's World Cup qualifying tournament and he insists that there are still opportunities for the players to prove their worth.

Speaking yesterday after the second One-Day International against England was abandoned after just 2.2 overs, Law said there is still plenty of cricket to come and urged the players to make the best of the opportunities.

Persistent rain allowed just 14 deliveries before forcing the abandonment of the second One-Day International between England and West Indies at Trent Bridge.
