CNG conversion pays for itself in one year*

Chairman of the National Gas Company, Gerry Brooks, said that maxi-taxi drivers who convert to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles can pay off for their taxis in a year or less.

Brooks was speaking at the formal opening of the Diego Martin service station on October 31. The new service station becomes the 12th in the NGC CNG network, Brooks said in a speech that is excerpted below: Today marks another important milestone—the deepening of CNG service in the north-west. It is the launch of the 12th station in the NGC CNG network as we move steadfastly towards our 30-station objective!
