Sound Fitness Advice*

It’s always a pleasure to have fellow fitness professionals share their advice with us. On board today is my aunt, dietitian Shirley Nicome, and Kyle R Stull, US-based fitness expert and top presenter for TriggerPoint Performance Therapy.
