Interactive Museum now open *

SEASON OPENS: Passengers disembark the Crystal Serenity at the Scarborough Port last Wednesday. The vessel is the first cruise ship to visit Tobago for the 2017/2018 season.

The Interactive Museum at the Fort King George Heritage Park, the newest addition to Tobago's tourism product, was officially opened to the public on Sunday. The tour opening is among a series of activities being hosted from November 19-26 by the Division of Tourism, Culture and Transportation to mark Caribbean Tourism Month.

Theatrical re-enactments will be held to illustrate the Fort's rich history. Events will also focus on the use of culture to strengthen the tourism sector. On Sunday, there was a storytelling session at 2 p.m., followed by free tours at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
