Local honey sets world abuzz*

aiming for sweet success: Beekeeper Lincoln Hee Chung shows off his certificate after his recent participation in the London National Honey Show.

The best honey in the world comes from Trinidad and Tobago, but for close to two decades that title has eluded this country.
Deborah De Gannes, Lincoln Hee-Chung and Gerard Corkie De Gannes belong to a small group of local beekeepers and advocates who are poised to harvest top-grade honey to the world. The harvesters of LC Wild Flower Honey recently returned from the National Honey Show (NHS) in London, England, where although they didn’t win the coveted prize of Best Honey in the World, their honey was lauded for its flavour and aroma.
