…Derek King’s men land second Pro League title*

NORTH EAST STARS are planning an Arima tribute after clinching the 2017 Trinidad and Tobago Professional Football League championship by means of a difficult 1-0 victory over Police FC on Friday night at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva.  Coach Derek King announced plans to use the Stars’ final match on Tuesday against San Juan Jabloteh to celebrate the championship with the people of the Arima district, their adopted home where they played unbeaten at the Arima Velodrome.
