IT took an hour and 30 minutes of smart batting from Trinidad and Tobago Red Force skipper Denesh Ramdin to flip the script on the Barbados Pride on day three of their seventh-round Regional Four-Day Championship match at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba yesterday.
The right-hander stroked an unbeaten 132 — his third century of the season and his second against the Pride in this campaign — to help the Red Force avoid following-on as they posted 214 all out in reply to the Pride’s first innings total of 316.
And the momentum stayed with the hosts up until late in the day when the Pride rallied to reach 188 for seven at stumps with an overall lead of 290 and all to play for on the final day, today.
