Rowley’s lame blame game*

Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley is reported as saying that, “Having refused to provide law enforcement with the legislative tools to deal with gang violence, the blood of 15-year-old Joshua Andrews is virtually on the Opposition UNC’s hands”.
Our hearts go out to this young man and I express deep condolences to his family, but the Prime Minister attempts to skilfully deflect, swerve and bend. He is effectively suggesting that we must not ask him to give an account of murders in this country.
Then he speaks about blood at a time when this nation calls for the healing of wounds.
