Riley slams ‘secrecy’ over Procurement appointments*

Chairman of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT), Winston Riley, says he is not satisfied with the manner in which the long-awaited Procurement Board has been selected and appointed.
Riley expressed these sentiments in a statement presented during a breakfast meeting at the Hyatt Regency in Port of Spain yesterday.
Riley was not present for the meeting which was held to discuss issues affecting the construction industry with Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley.
He prepared a written statement, however, which was presented on his behalf by NH International chairman Emile Elias.
