Ramlogan leads QPCC to Gatorade U-16 crown*

Captain Rivaldo Ramlogan proved to be the spark that Queen's Park Cricket Club needed as they clinched the Gatorade Under-16 Cricket Tournament title with an easy 81-run win over Fatima College in the competition final at Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain on Saturday.

The Trinidad and Tobago Under-17 all-rounder scored 87 with the bat to lead the Parkites to 195 for eight off their 32 overs before grabbing two wickets for 23 runs to help dismiss Fatima for 114 off 24 overs.

Mikel Govia was the best batsman for Fatima, scoring 66 while Adam Reyes and Sameer Mohammed grabbed three wickets each for the Parkites.

Ramlogan was eventually named Player of the Match while Govia earned the tournament MVP award.
