Renegades stays out front*

BPTT Renegades Steel Orchestra has maintained their lead in the National Panorama Championships, scoring 282 points for their performance of “Year For Love”, arranged by Duvone Stewart, at Sunday's semis.

Interestingly, Desperadoes, also playing “Year For Love”, moved up to second place, having placed fifth in the preliminaries with their rendition of the tune arranged by Carlton “Zanda” Alexander.

Competition in the Large Band category at the “Big Yard” Queen's Park Savannah got under way at 6.02 p.m. following the battle of the Medium Bands.
