Looks like smooth running for Spoke In Yuh Wheel*

STREAKING FAR, runner-up to Dancing Deputy in the 1,350-metre St Ann's Stakes, should open her account against the older horses in the first two-turn race of her career today at Santa Rosa Park. She will contest the seventh race on the Friday Lime nine-race card.

Veteran rider Ricky Jadoo, who recorded his 800th winner last Saturday will partner the Glenn Mendez-trained filly owned by Laurence Berment. The chestnut daughter of Da Vinci/Raga Dwesha ran on strongly up the homestretch to secure the runner-up slot in the St Ann's Stakes, and on her breeding, stamina will not be of concern. She is by freshman stallion Da Vinci, a son of prolific Kentucky bred stallion AP Indy. She shoulders the light impost of 49 kilos, and that will be an added advantage for her.
