A man deliberately drove his truck into the front wall of the Sangre Grande office of the Agricultural Development Bank on Monday morning.
It happened at about 11a.m. at the ADB bank along the Eastern Main Road, Sangre Grande.
The driver of the truck was said to have been upset over a discussion which he had with officials at the bank a short time before.
When his vehicle hit the wall of the building, it shattered glass panes and dislodged the brickwork, and employees had to take cover.
One employee said a foot-long shard of glass missed her neck by mere inches.
The driver then reversed his vehicle and drove away. Police are in search of him.
