Disruption in water supply to Point Fortin, La Brea

Residents of Point Fortin and La Brea who receive their supply of water from the Point Fortin Desalination Plant, are being advised that they may experience low pressure or an interruption in their supply between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Tuesday. 

According to an advisory from the Water and Sewerage Authority, the disruption to the supply will be as a result of maintenance works being conducted in the area by the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC), which have become necessary. 

WASA anticipates the following communities will be affected: Point Fortin (proper), Parry Lands, Cochrane, Brighton Cato, Savannah, Harriman Park, Reservoir Hill, Mahaica, Fanny Village, Point Liguore, Cap de Ville Main Road and all side streets, Salazar Trace, Egypt Village, Gonzales, Sesame Street, Lot 10, New Village, Clifton Hill, Techier, Vance River, Southern Main Road, La Brea, Vessigny, TGU and LABIDCO Estate.
