A perfect case of poor planning*


Most of Trinidad and Tobago’s infrastructure could be considered reasonably adequate for about half the current number of homes and about one quarter of the number of vehicles. How has such an important imbalance come about?  The short answer is an almost complete lack of intelligent planning at the macro level.  Look at Saddle Road, Maraval, as a prime example.
