Cornwall starts well against Lions*

All-rounder Paul Coughlin's unbeaten half-century propped up England Lions after Rahkeem Cornwall's three-wicket haul rattled them, on the opening day of the first four-day “Test” Sunday.

The visitors, asked to bat first at the Trelawny Multi-Purpose Stadium, ended the day on 233 for six which represented a recovery, after they had slumped to 182 for six.

The right-handed Coughlin stroked a top score of 51 while Nick Gubbins gathered exactly 50 and captain Keaton Jenning, 49.
