BCQS in town

Property and development consultancy BCQS International, with over 40 years of experience in the Caribbean region and Latin America, celebrated the launch of its Trinidad and Tobago office with a cocktail reception at the Hyatt Regency (Trinidad) hotel, Port of Spain last month.

The event was attended by senior regional and local bankers, attorneys, developers, development consultants, and RICS Caribbean board members.

Ken A Callender, associate director and manager of BCQS International Trinidad and Tobago, said: "The launch party was a great opportunity for us to introduce our business and professional services to the local community. We look forward to pursuing opportunities here and hope to meet the demands of the local market, by complementing, rather than competing with the services offered by the local professional firms."

Speakers for the evening included Liam Day, managing director of BCQS International; Sanjay Amin, director of BCQS International and RICS Americas Caribbean board chairman and Ken A Callender.
