The Buzz Ltd and Feedback get brands in touch with social media
The Buzz Ltd recently contracted Feedback, an internationally recognised leader in the study and strategic application of digital and social media, to conduct a two-day workshop and seminar for agency staff and its clients.
The facilitators during these two enlightening days were Jeff Thompson, president and CEO, Feedback and Dean Browell, executive vice president, Feedback.
With offices in Virginia (USA) and London (England), Feedback uses innovative research and an extensive resource of knowledgeable and experienced specialists to deliver services like ethnographic research, social media strategy development, online implementation and monitoring, as well as development of social media brand advocates.
On day one, Feedback familiarised the members of The Buzz Ltd with the latest social media best practices, trends and tools to create brand advocates.
On the second day, a breakfast seminar was held exclusively for clients of The Buzz Ltd to familiarise and update them with digital and social media issues such as: the impact of digital and social media on brand development; the importance of social media and traditional media working together and how best to integrate them; and understanding how to be part of the conversations that concern their brands.
