T&TEC Tropical Angel Harps delivered a powerful rendition of the Faye-Ann Lyons and Baron composition “All Over” when Panorama judges made their preliminary visit to the band’s pan yard on Monday 30 January, 2012. The band is hopeful that its Clarence Morris arrangement will make it a serious contender for this year’s coveted Panorama title.
