African style for every day

As Emancipation Day approaches it is customary to see people walking through the busy streets of Port of Spain, San Fernando and other parts of Trinidad and Tobago dressed regally from head to toe in African outfits.

But for Carol and her husband well-known rapso artiste Karega Mandela, the owners of Prindela Fashions located at 4 Sixth Street East, Dinsley Gardens, Trincity, their wide assortment of authentic African clothing is not just for Emancipation Day but the other days of the year.
