The following photos were taken at last week's Throw Down which was held in Lopinot, where four teams of community cooks competed for the title of Best Spanish Cuisine. Tomorrow in Mayaro, the title of Best Seafood and Coconut Cuisine will be up for grabs. There will also be a cooking demonstration by this country's National Culinary Team, a farmer's market and entertainment throughout the day. See Page 26 |
