Hot topics, hot food

The controversial Clause 34 and the Gangnam Style were hits at the Fatima Old Boys' Association Annual Cookout, Salt and Pepper X11, held at the College Courtyard, Mucurapo Road, St James last Saturday.

The names of the dishes were as creative as the food itself as the 100 chefs showed off their culinary skills. Some of the interesting names included: "Beef Fitting D'Hungary", "Oh Rib Boy", "Fire On V Lamb", "Ganglamb Style", "Callaloo Hitting the Spot", "Blackwood Rabbit", "London 2012 Lakooray", "Ah section the chicken in 34",  "Section 34 Pork Ribs in Repealed BBQ Sauce.", Section 34 Spicy Wings", "Section 34 Baked Lamb", "Briefs returned in Sew Pork Row", "No Vatagain Chicken", "Classic Caribbean Pork Gangnam Style", "Fish Gangnam Style", "A Fishy 34" and "U ent C Something Fishy in the People's Pot".

Ken "Professor" Philmore provided music during dinner and did a fantastic job playing some very good selections.

Here are some highlights of the evening's proceedings.
