The final day of Brazilian fashion extravaganza Sao Paulo Fashion Week showcased eclectic lines of Summer-2015 creations from the Latin American country’s most eminent designers.

Fashion brand Ellus featured a denim heavy sportswear-inspired collection, comprised of jackets, vests and shorts, in varying light washes. Other than the denim creations, the label also featured ruffled dresses and skirts made from raffia textured jacquards, crocodile skin patterned satins and laminated lace.

Designer Kallieno Wagner showcased a sun-inspired range made using natural fibres, linen and pure silk. Decorated with Caicó and 3-D embroidery as well as pearls, the ensembles included pencil skirts with thigh-high slits, sweatshirts and dresses in sunny hues of gold, white, off-white and beige.

Inspired by the Nazareth Baptist Chruch or Shembe Church members’ dress, designer Alexandre Herchcovitch created his latest menswear showcase, which included traditional British-style pleated kilts, T-shirts, jackets, wide front pleat trousers and flower embroidered robes in black, grey, white, red, pink and orange colours.
