It's tragic. This is probably a case of accidental poisoning resulting from toxic levels of deadly types of alcohol being present in that home-made wine that they brewed.

I can remember a few years ago, a story about a man who made home made wine and when he drank it he got poisened...Proplr must br very careful sbout the things they eat and drink

A man and his friend died from Boucad Gardens, Santa Cruz 2 years ago. The mother made the wine and the daughter use to make cheese puffs to sell. The man died from the wine. The friend was sick for days from the cheese puff. Police are still investigating.

Here in Canada there was a case of punch being put into empty plastic bottles that contained that once contained antifreeze. This caused a few deaths.
