A RELATIVE of Peter Garcia is expected to face the court today charged with his murder.

The man, who is in his thirties, was up to late yesterday evening in police custody and was expected to be charged.

Garcia was killed outside the Rio Claro Magistrate’s Court two weeks ago by men posing as construction workers.

He had only moments before faced a magistrate for murder and wounding with intent to commit murder. Garcia was in handcuffs and being escorted by police officers when he was shot.
