National pride is not a flag swaying in the breeze Mr Hunt, it is boasting of living in a country with a low crime rate and a high number of solved crimes, a country that is not blatantly corrupt and lawless.
A country where nobody is above the law.
A country in which the government ministers seek health care for themselves, and not travel to other countries for a medical checkups, because they have confidence in their healthcare system.
Where the people who govern us would prefer to invest money in saving a child’s life, than erecting a flag.
Will bandits feel so much national pride that they will stop the senseless killing and kidnapping? If so, please erect one in the Beetham, Laventille and Bagatelle. When the safety and well-being of all the citizens of this country becomes the number one priority of our government, then we will feel national pride.Â
