What I would like the Flagman to answer is what the comparative cost is for the flag in Macoya and further, if the same kind of flag proposed for the Lara Stadium in Tarouba will cost the same $2 million.
Something about this flag and national pride seems to suggest that honesty and accountability for the national purse is flagging!
