50 schols instead

I would like to suggest a different way to celebrate our 50th anniversary of Independence.

Instead of releasing 50 criminals, how about creating 50 scholarships or some kind of fund for children of law-abiding persons who have been murdered.

I think this is something that all citizens would approve.
