ToolsHappy with HowaiI must say that I am more than pleased after having heard the national budget delivered by Minister of Finance, Larry Howai. His approach to fiscal discipline, his clear priorities for sustainable growth and competitiveness and his very deliberate and considered approach to bringing down the fuel subsidy must resonate well nationally and for the first time in a very long time, we are not only hearing of development but also seeing the evidence of it.
