La Horquetta wants water, WASA
I WOULD like to bring notice to WASA. WASA has shown total disregard to their paying customers in poorer areas in the country. I pay my WASA bill and I am always on time, however, I hardly get water and my bill is always the same.
I live in La Horquetta and at first WASA started off with giving us water every other day, which was okay because I knew when water will be available to do my domestic duties. Then it changed from every other day to every two days. When I called WASA to enquire they said it’s because they are fixing a pipeline. Months passed and I called again and they said it’s because of the weather the water is low.
Now, I get water every three sometimes four days. The water will usually come around 5 a.m. and go by 5 p.m. Mind you I am a Government worker working 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. I leave home at 6 a.m. and reach home around 4 p.m. Can you do the math? When do I have time to do domestic chores with those water times?
I am totally fed up of WASA and their lies. And this is not only happening to me, it’s the entire neighbourhood. We are all fed up.
Please, WASA we have been quiet for too long and allowing you to do what you want.
