ToolsLet there be clear rules for soldiersI don't know what all this confusion is about as it relates to giving soldiers the ability to arrest. A lot of countries in the world give the ordinary citizen the right to arrest under certain conditions. And not surprisingly, it is called "citizen's arrest".
