Make TUCO account for that $9m

There should be a thorough audit of what TUCO does with the money they receive. The Government gives them $9 million and pays for the infrastructure, the stages and the sound. They keep the ticket sales. They only award $1 million to the winner yet private contractors who stage the Chutney and Soca Monarchs and receive no benefits from the Government can pay the winner $2 million. Is the Calypso Monarch Competition that poorly attended?

If TUCO refuses to allow an audit, the Government should stop further subsidies starting next year.
