Nightmare parking in Port of Spain

 On three occasions I went to Port of Spain, and parked at the Nipdec carpark. On the three occasions, I was made to wait more than 15 minutes for a park because of the sign “car park full”. 

When I was allowed to go in to park, there were more than 15  parking space available in the daily park area. And while I was waiting not even five cars came out. I spoke to a staff member there and was told they were short-staffed and were not able to check all available parks. However, in the meantime money is being lost in the carpark. 

It is already so difficult to obtain parking in Port of Spain, you would think at least the carparks would be more efficient or is that wishful thinking?
