No boot camp

Resigning children to 19th-century boot camp isn’t going to solve pupil-on-pupil aggression.
The late 20th century El Dorado “boot camp” for bad girls and the St Michael’s “boot camp” for bad boys are examples of this tried and failed approach.
If exile from general society reduced violent behaviour, prison populations in this country would not be rising.
Putting all volatile children under the same roof is a recipe for increasing chaos.
