This is an open letter to the Minister of the People on the efficiency and helpfulness of those who run the Elderly and Differently Abled Mobile Service (Eldamo).
I began using the service within one month of it’s inception, and have only good things to say about it.
I reside in San Fernando and the office staff are in most instances very efficient. Like all humans, they do make mistakes but they can be counted on to have one picked up and dropped off on time.
The supervisor, Mr Maraj and his support staff—Maria and Keisha—can be depended on.
The drivers—Stephen, Nigel, Matthew, and Messrs Harrilal and Bridgelal, are always very courteous, kind and helpful to the extent that some passengers depend on them to do even more than they are required to do... which they do willingly.
I also use the service when I am in PoS and they too demonstrate very high levels of efficiency. But my letter is specifically to compliment the drivers and office staff of the south service.
