Pop whose necks?

This is utter madness! Are you for real Mr Volney? I seem to recall when the People's Partnership was campaigning Anand Ramlogan said it was time to "pop their necks". I assumed it was the prisoners he was referring to.

However, in light of Mr Volney's statement, I am now led to believe it was perhaps not them he was referring to.

I suggest to Mr Volney that instead of pardoning these prisoners (who I am hoping will remain prisoners), a better way of marking our nation's 50th anniversary would be to introduce 50 new beds into our hospitals or to recruit 50 new traffic wardens to patrol our nation's roads against those imbeciles who drive as if they own the roads, killing innocent, law abiding citizens in the process.

Madam Prime Minister, shame on you and your Government. I am sorry to say that my family of seven will never vote for you or your government again.
