Remember your postpaid customers
Our mobile phone service providers, in their efforts to remain competitive, are providing wonderful deals for prepaid customers.
I open our daily newspapers and I am greeting by huge advertisements of 100 free texts after sending three texts, talk free for 100 minutes after the first three or five minutes, and the lists go on.
“Manager’s sales” are often held and the prices of handsets have been sharply reduced for prepaid customers.
Where are the benefits for the loyal postpaid customers? We enjoy none of these benefits, so where is the encouragement to remain postpaid? It seems the only benefit of being a postpaid account holder is you do not have to run around acquiring phonecards to top up your credit.
You are not encouraging us to renew our contracts. Please rethink your marketing strategies to encompass all your patrons.
