ToolsThanks for the portable toiletsCongratulations to the authorities for putting portable toilets at both ends of the Brian Lara Promenade in Port of Spain for Carnival and ensuring that there was running water and maintenance crews to keep them in decent condition. Thousands of people appreciated it. We are getting somewhere. Next year maybe the authorities could put signs alerting people to their existence and location.
