When will Louis Lee Sing understand that he does not have the power to make laws or set penalties for same? Now we have his edict of no bottles for Carnival. While one can sympathise with his concerns, it is like banning cars because of road accidents. He is not authorised to do so. And this is just the latest of his publicity seeking blusters/ blunders.

• The letter to the PM seeking payment for the land taken by the State to construct NAPA (we still waiting).

• The Eric Williams statue in Woodford Square (we still waiting).

• The IMAX theatre where he stated that it was a "clear breach of the agreement HCL had with the City Corporation'' (he boil down like bhagi).

• Trying to throw WASA off lands in Cocorite claiming WASA was trespassing on City Corporation's lands (he boil down like bhagi).

• Getting Phase II out of its 30-year home on Hamilton Street (he boil down like bhagi).

• Charging motorists to park on city streets (boil down like bhagi).

• Proclaiming that there would be shuttles from the Stadium and the Savannah to downtown within a week (we still waiting).
