Warning for the other 'partners'

The things some Government ministers say leave me to wonder where I was when they threw a tent over the country and declared it a circus.

A few weeks ago, David Abdulah, leader of the Movement for Social Justice, was a compassionate and rising leader.

Now that he and his party have left the Partnership Government, he is referred to by VP (voice piece) for the Government, Jack Warner, as a failure with no leadership qualities.

Warner should be reminded that in the early days of the Partnership, the person he now refers to as a failure with no leadership qualities was then, like so many others, a great asset.

This attack on Abdulah should send a clear signal to those other leaders within the People's Partnership Government, to pay particular attention to what can be said about them for expressing different views and not toeing the line.
