THIS is an open letter to Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar concerning questions that I would like her to answer.

What is the difference between Minister Jack Warner and Martin Joseph? What is the difference between Minister Anand Ramlogan and John Jeremie? What is the difference between you, Madam Prime Minister, and Patrick Manning when it comes to dealing with the affairs of the country?.

Why has crime gotten worse? Why are your ministers now saying they need citizens' help to fight crime? Why didn't they say that in 2010? Is it because you had a crime plan? If so, I am still waiting. What is happening in Laventillle and environs? Didn't you make a promise the nation would no longer have to live in fear? Well, we are still living in fear.

What is happening to our health system? Are you aware San Fernando General Hospital is still without beds—something you campaigned to change?

Are you aware mothers are losing their babies more than ever now at our hospitals? This is something you campaigned to change. Do you know that if I go to one of the public hospitals, I'm not sure if I will come out alive?

Are you aware of the poor service the public has endured at hospitals and police stations?

What is happening with our education system? Are you aware of the school violence and bullying taking place? This is something you campaigned to change.

Why do you have Devant Maharaj, Bhoe Tewarie and Jamal Mohammed as ministers in your Government? What is the difference between them and Hazel Manning? Is Stephen Cadiz still my MP? I haven't seen him since 2010. Are you aware that as a nation we are divided now more than ever?

Lastly, because I have so much to ask and I am running out of space here, do you think we are better off now than ten years ago? If no, more promises again? If yes, well good for you.
