I WONDER if Mayor Lee Sing and Minister Ramadharsingh have noticed the homeless community that has developed on the Lara Promenade, directly in front of Express House.

They sleep, eat and lime there, 24/7 and they are slowly growing. What are you people doing to arrest this and similar situations?
