Angel Harps cops Chutney Soca prize

T&TEC Tropical Angel Harps, from Enterprise Main Road, Chaguanas, won the inaugural Panchutca — Chutney Soca Pan Competition — at Guaracara Park, Pointe-a-Pierre on Saturday night. Playing in position two, Angel Harps played Kanchan and Babla’s “Bholo Bholo” to the delight of both the judges and the audience. 
Angel Harps defeated 12 other bands from the South Central Region of Pan Trinbago to accomplish the feat.
Pan Elders and Petrotrin Siparia Deltones came in second and third, respectively.
