ToolsAshworth Jack wishes the bestTobago Organisation of the People (TOP) leader Ashworth Jack said yesterday he did not want to predict the outcome of today's Tobago House of Assembly (THA) elections, but insisted Tobago has wanted change for a long time now. "That's left to God. I don't predict, all I do is pray for the best outcome," Jack said. He also shared with the Express what are among the first things he wishes to implement if he becomes THA Chief Secretary.
