Driver shot by ‘crossing’ pedestrian

Dave Ramsahai, 44, of Bonne Aventure, is at hospital.
Police said at around 4 a.m., Ramsahai was driving his Nissan B-15 along Southern Main Road, California, when he brought his vehicle to a stop for a man to cross the road.
The pedestrian crossed in front of the vehicle and stopped alongside the driver and fired a shot.
The gunman opened the door and threw Ramsahai out of the car and escaped, police said.
