Flat-screen TV stolen after fete

A FLAT-screen television rented out for a Carnival fete in San Fernando was reported stolen yesterday.

Police said that a 46-inch Sony Bravia television, valued $20,000, was discovered missing from the compound of Presentation College at the end of its annual PREStige Featology party on Sunday night.

The owner of the TV set, Jason Innis, 32, of St Clair, reported to police that he delivered two of the flat screens to the school's compound around midday Sunday.

When he returned around midnight, one was missing.
