Flat screen TV stolen from fete

A FLAT-screen television rented out for a Carnival fete in San Fernando was reported stolen on Monday.

Police said that a 46-inch Sony Bravia television, valued at $20,000, was discovered missing from the compound of Presentation College at the end of its annual PREStige Featology party on Sunday night.

The owner of the TV set, Jason Innis, 32, of St Clair, reported to police that he had delivered two of the flat screens to the school's compound around midday on Sunday.

When he returned around midnight, one was missing.
